Funeral Thank You Card Order Form
Welcome to Gabrielle Johnson Creative.
We design and print customised Funeral Order of Service Booklets and Memorial Cards as well as After Funeral Thank You Cards.
To order please fill in the details below. You can upload your images and word file if you have prepared one. After submitting this form, you will then pay a 50% deposit using credit card, PayPal or direct debit. You will then be emailed a draft. Full approval on artwork will be required before any printing will take place.

Terms and Conditions Gabrielle Johnson Creative
Once we receive your details and deposit, a first draft in PDF format will be emailed to you. The first and second drafts will be done at no extra cost. 3rd and subsequent drafts will be charged at $25 + GST per draft. For Order of Service Booklets, we recommend a final check on your Word document from your Celebrant before sending to us to avoid unnecessary charges and delays.
Final responsibility for approving all information rests with the client. Client errors that have been approved on the final proof will be reprinted at the client's expense, so please check all details on the proofs very carefully. If the client receives an item that has been misprinted and is different to the final proof it will be re-printed and couriered ASAP at no additional charge.
We require a deposit to start the layout.
The balance is due once final approval of artwork has been given by you, before any printing is commenced.

Delivery of items are within 5-7 working days from final approval of artwork. You may choose to collect your items from us, or we will arrange a courier. Delivery is included in the price.
For Funeral and Wedding Thank You Cards, C6 size (Australian standard) envelopes are included in the price. They will be couriered to you as soon as your order is placed so you can begin labelling them before your cards arrive.
No deposit refunds will be given after artwork has commenced.
Please ensure digital images are high resolution. Images must be supplied as image files (ie.JPEG) and not embedded into Word documents. Images saved from the web are usually too small/low quality for printing.
Digital retouching of images is included in the price. This includes removing people or objects or repairing damaged, ripped or faded photos and colour restoration.
Colour and Quality Variations:
Colour and quality variations may occur between your proof viewed on a screen and the final printed product. This is due to different printing processes. Gabrielle Johnson Creative will not be responsible for variations in colour or quality due to normal printing processes, or for flaws in the image that you have supplied us.
