Why choose Gabrielle Johnson Creative? Gabrielle is a professional graphic designer with many years experience in the publishing industry. Her other talent is music and she has performed as a singer/musician at funeral ceremonies for many years. This combination of skills and experience makes Gabrielle a very valuable asset to anyone planning a funeral service.

What are the sizes? Order of Service booklets:
A5 (half A4)
148 x 210mm – 4 page, 8 page, 12 page etc. increments of 4.
Memorial and Thank You Cards:
A6 (half A5) 103 x 148mm – Greeting card or postcard format.
Holy Cards or Prayer cards:
A7 (half A6) 74 x 103mm or A6– Greeting card or postcard format.
• Greeting card format is a 4 page foldout
• Postcard format is 2 pages, front and back only.

Do the cards come with envelopes? Plain white, 80gsm, peel and seal, C6 sized envelopes are included for after funeral thank you cards only.
• We can also provide a printed return address envelope (price on application).

How much do they cost? • "Click for Prices" link lists all prices for our products (see top right of page)
• gst, delivery, envelopes (for after funeral thanks cards) included.

How can I pay? • Visa or Mastercard online through PayPal
• PayPal Account.
• Visa or Mastercard payment by phone.
• D
irect debit.

How long will it take? • For after funeral thank you cards, a first draft is sent usually within 24 hours of receiving your order and deposit. Delivery is 3-5 working days from your final approval of artwork.
• For funeral order of service booklets and cards, 48 hours before the time and date of your funeral service is required. Delivery to approved and local funeral directors is also available. You can also prick up your booklets and cards if necessary as well.

What's the minimum order? • Quantities start at 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400 and 500+.

What about a custom design,
will this affect the price?
• Prices are the same for any design template or your own design.
• Prices include the first 2 proofs. 3rd and subsequent proofs (changes) are charged at $25 +gst per proof.
• You may choose the "Traditional" cover and "Vintage1" for eg. on the inside.
• You may also provide your own design concept and wording (as long as it meets with our standards).
• There are provisions on the ORDER NOW page to customise your card.

What about photos? • All images need to be high resolution, 300 dpi.
• Images that have been reduced in file size (ie. optimised) or lower than 300dpi
DO NOT PRINT WELL.
• Please send images in their original format - a file from your digital camera is better than a scanned hard copy.
• If scanning your printed photos, please change your scanner's settings to 300dpi under "resolution".
• If emailing photos please send at "original size" or "largest file size"

Do you do photo retouching? Yes. We can crop, remove objects and repair faded or damaged photos.

What if I have my own artwork – will you just do the printing? As we are a complete design and print service, we can use your artwork as a guide, but we don't print from artwork other than our own. If you require printing only, then we recommend you contact your local instant print shop.
